We have been having a few sunny days around lately although rain is suppose to be moving in along with cold weather....again. Brrrr that will be a bummer since we had 66 degrees (22 C or grad) with the sun. So I have been busy doing things outside, chores that need to be done. There are so many broken branches, trees that need to be and have been felled. I have a feeling I'll be getting some muscle ache after a winter of being inside! I thought I would share a spot of springiness from last year with you since this year everything is so far behind.
I did see that the dogwood trees are getting buds on them, and I can't wait for that as we have them down our driveway and in the woods! The clouds are moving in so I better get busy!

ahhhhh
crocus, hydrangeas, iris, morning glories ... I am so ready for the blooms to burst through!
who am I kidding? I'd be happy just having the snow and slush go away!
lovely photos - thanks!
Hi Ulrike,
I enlarged the photo for a big dose of Spring!!! :) LOVELY photos - thank you for the pick-me-up, and take care not to overdo!
Hugs,

Hi Ulrike,
The snow has melted in Holland as well. The temperatures are rising slowly. But March is a tricky month. Anything can happen, even more snow. Lucky you, to have such good weather! I am longing for some sunshine.
I like your blue flowers!!
Lieve groet, Madelief

What a beautiful mosaic, Ulrike! It is like a breath of spring...and aren't we all ready for that? Irises and pansies are two of my most favorite flowers.
Take it easy outside when you are out. Speaking of sore muscles...have you ever used Arnica gel on them? It works really well.
Thought I'd pass that information on before spring actually gets here! :)
Hello Ulrike... so very pretty! I seem to choose so many purple and lavender colored flowers too... but I love them all! Happy Spring to you! xoxo Julie Marie
Oh, how I envy you being able to work outside.
We have a lot of tree branches down too but they are buried in snow right now. Spring cleanup is something I don't mind because I'm so excited to finally be outside.

Right now it is "slushing" outside....I just love your Spring Flower Mosiac!! So refreshing!!

Ganz liebe Grüße, Petra
Love your blog. Thanks for a taste of spring!
You've certainly had some nice snow days! It's good that you can enjoy the beauty and novelty of it. Your snow photos are beautiful.
We've only had a couple of days of bare ground since December so our plants have had a good winter snow mulch, and we've seen enough snow to last us a long time!
How lovely to see the beautiful colors of your spring mosaic. It won't be too much longer now until we see some color again. I'll enjoy yours until ours begin :)
I could really enjoy a day of 60º temperatures! Lucky you!
Whaou !!!!!! Magnifiques fleurs, des couleurs qui donnent de l'énergie et des envies pressantes de tout nettoyer, jardiner, planter, semer etc.... Je t'envie !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
merci de ces photos et à tout bientôt.
GORGEOUS flowers!
I hope you have a repeat of last year's spring this year. What wonderful color.
