I can so remember when I was a little girl saying, but mom! I have to wear green so I won't get pinched!!
So here is my green courtsey of the gorgeous socks that Petra sent to me, and notice I can dance a little jig too!!
Oh, and a big thanks to Dianna from Bits and Pieces for the Sunshine award.
I know I should pass it on to 10 people, but there are so many!! So I will say all of you are sunshine in my life!!
Hope you have a good St. Paddy's day.....now where did I put that corned beef?!!

I love, love, love your green socks. There is nothing better than hand knit socks. Almost makes me want to learn to knit. :-)
Hugs from Holland ~

I think I need to get me some green socks too.
Hello Ulrike,

Such lovely green socks for "the wearin' of the green" on St. Patty's Day :)
At school that day we were all wearing green. And I cooked a delicious corned beef and cabbage dinner to celebrate the day.
I loved the Bremen post with the old and the new pictures. I think you might be the little girl crouching in the front of the photo. Am I right?
Our weather has been perfect today and I was able to work outside tidying the garden and pruning roses and clematis. What a wonderful feeling!
Happy Spring, Ulrike!
Dear Ulrike,
ich freue mich, dass die Socken so gut passen und auch gefallen.
Ganz, ganz liebe Grüße an dich aus "good old Germany" von Petra
