Tulip time at the Biltmore

I can't even guess how many tulips were planted.  I did ask what they did with the tulips when they were finished, and was told  if they were not in the perennial bed that they were given to the employees.  I'd like to be an employee that day!  More garden photos to come!

OMG.....that is the most beautiful display of tulips I have ever seen, and I thought when we went to Holland MI that it was gorgeous!!!

Those photos are so gorgeous, Ulrike!! They remind me of the tulip fields in Holland and also the tulip fields in Holland, Michigan! Carpets of color!! Wonderful! Hugs, Silke

How gorgeous! Seems so funny that the south would still have tulips, while here, what with last months unseasonably hot weather, they have come and gone! Thanks for sharing xxxxx
