We had some extra time that day in Savannah so we headed out to Tybee Island for a walk on the beach. Since the kids are all grown we don't go to the beach when it is high season, but a walk on it would have been nice. Forget that! We could not even find a parking space!! So it was time to head home, but wait! My stomach is crying out for more seafood!! I know just the place to go. The Crab Shack on Tybee Island. Talk about yum oh!
The restaurant sits on a marsh area. They had expanded since the last time we were there which had been a while. We opted to sit outside since a good breeze was blowing, and they had the misters on too.
Now I know you are wondering why the title The Captain? Well, here he is Captain Jack!! And Anne, I was thinking of you when I took this one!! Isn't he a handsome devil?!!!
Ah yes, the sand, the salt air, The Seafood!, Captain Jack....I mean Captain Hubby.....beach fever is catching up with me!!
