Yesterday among the other 101 things I went outside to snap some pictures. The weatherman is forecasting some frost these next few days, and also by the end of next week the leaf color for our area should be gone. I love the fall time, but I don't like seeing all the beautiful colors go by so quickly!!
With the frost I'm sure all of the late blooming flowers will be gone too. So I guess I better get busy with all of the spring bulbs that I need to plant! Oh, and with fall comes the raking of leaves, and believe me, there are a lot of leaves. This year though there will be plenty of compost bins for them, I don't know about where you live, but dirt has gone up here!! Hope you enjoyed the last of the colors here!

beautiful collages ulrike! aww the best medicine in the world, the lovely colors, scents and textures of our natural world! :) thank you for sharing a glimpse of your area:)
Hi Ulrike,
I certainly enjoyed your colours. I enjoy seeing pictures of the area you live in. It is so different then in Holland. The weather in Holland is horrible at the moment. We don't have frost yet, but it is raining all the time..... :( Hopefully the weather will improve this weekend, because I would love to go out for a walk!
Lieve groet, Madelief
So lovely autumn impressions, dear Ulrike!!! And thank you so much, for your nice words!!!!
Have a wonderful weekend (can´t tell you more, because my english is not good enough ;)) - i also can read it, but not write ;))!
Hello Ulrike,
Beautiful fall colors at your home! I'm happy to meet you, and look forward to reading and seeing more! :)
Enjoy your day,
Zuzu
They are beautiful and that is so funny as I was thinking the same thing just this morning... the last colors of fall!
Yes I did enjoy the colours here and you certainly did find a bargain with the furniture.
The nights are cold now and last leaves coming down. Anyway, I love it still to do some work in garden. I would be curious to know where the little hedgehog ist living who is coming every evening to my cats food. Could be under the big hill with leaves!
I really hope that Hurricane Ida will not be very mad around your area. Take care!
