So with my tummy growling I came inside to see what I could make. Nothing looked appealing, so I took shrimp out of the freezer for supper. Ohhh...shrimp salad sounds good!
It looked so pretty I had to share! Too bad you can't taste it, because it tastes delicious!! Hmmmm, maybe that will be what I make for supper too. Nothing like wild Georgia shrimp as I finish my last bite while blogging! Now back outside....the jungle is calling!

Isn't it amazing how fast weeds can take over the yard? In our climate here, everything grows so fast - weeds included!

Tasty cold dishes have been welcomed in this heatwave. Yesterday I made Gazpacho using my garden tomatoes and cukes - it turned out great. We had chilled glass bowls of it for supper last night......with a Havarti and avocado panini, yummy!
I don't know what looks better, the salad or the plate. Together, they sure look gorgeous. Bon appetit! :-)
