I've been quite busy lately, and had not realized it had been a while since I've posted. I won't write much today, I'll just leave you with a few photos of sunflowers from the garden. Summer is almost over, and I'll miss these cheery flowers!
I used to grow those lovely multi-stemmed dark sunflowers; they were so lovely in bouquets and had a sweet scent. I miss my sunflowers more than I think any plat--they were always fun for me and the birds!
The birds really feasted on my sunflowers. They looked bad when I finally pulled them out. The neighbor said the birds were wrens- so very small- I thought they were hummingbirds. have a great day.

Sunflowers are one of my favorite flowers. Even when I don't have them in my garden, I buy them at the store. Your pictures are beautiful.
